Each home and property carry their own imprints whether that be from past or present energy. The land we live on, the walls of our home, the water lines that run below our property all carry a frequency. Along with that they carry both negative and positive as the property is directly impacted by every individual that has been in contact with it. 
 
When we do a home and property clearing it is an intensive clean sweep of everything (which includes personal items such as cars, computers etc.) that are also on the property. When you are given a piece of furniture you can feel that it has a story and an energy to it. We just make sure that all the imprints and emotions are cleared so it holds only your energy. This goes for the entire home and property.
