I will be joining forces with Vanessa, who owns The Boarding House while I will be in town for my Womens Retreat so I thought what a beautiful opportunity to offer a sound bath and reiki healing group session. 
 
Whether you have been to a sound bath before this will be its own unique experience. I blend music and sound therapy together along with medition to take you deep into your own world. You will have your own caccoon space where you will experience the magic of experiencing all the senses - sight, sound, taste and smell. 
 
This is truly a sensory experience. I ask that you bring your own pillows and blankets to caccoon in your own space. We have some yoga mats otherwise feel free to bring your own. Wear comfortable clothing and bring anything you feel called to bring (water, tea, journal etc.)
 
You can park on the street then we will greet you at the entrance and direct you to the upstairs as our sound bath will take place on the rooftop overlooking the ocean and getting an incredible view of the evening sky.
 
Whether you've been to a sound bath before or this is your first experience, all are welcomed. This will be a small group that I will share my own experiences of what has helped me on my own path, as well as teach about different things that can help calm the nervous system and enjoy an evening of relaxation.  My focus is to create a calm, relaxing and safe environment and have a beautiful evening of music and sound bath healing. All you need to do is show up ready to relax for the evening.
