Each retreat is a sacred journey inward—centered on deepening your connection to self and rediscovering the Divine Love that lives within you. Through a series of intentional workshops and guided experiences, we’ll explore themes of inner healing, soul remembrance, and embodied empowerment. These sessions are designed to help you awaken what’s already within: your wisdom, your clarity, and your innate ability to heal. Every retreat that I host, the team is cultivated based on the attendees and the itinerary is always different. I meet the energy of the group and build from there, so no retreat will be the same.

The supportive community we cultivate is a vital part of each retreat. Together, we create a space of safety, connection, and authenticity—enhancing the inner work and allowing for true transformation. While the days are rich with healing practices, there is also plenty of time set aside for rest, beach walks, ocean swims, and simply enjoying the beauty of the island.​ I offer three different types of retreats - men, women and couples and none of them are replicated.

Our retreats are hosted at The Boarding House, a thoughtfully curated Airbnb by dear friends in the heart of Rincón, Puerto Rico. During the week, you’ll be immersed in holistic practices including sound healing, Reiki, guided meditations, and deeply nourishing meals—all within the natural rhythms of the Caribbean.

You'll also have the opportunity to explore heart-opening plant medicines like Cacao and Kanna, and connect with a network of incredible local healers and family-owned businesses offering services such as breathwork, massage, paddleboarding, surfing, and more. A detailed itinerary will be shared with the group ahead of time, along with options to schedule one-on-one sessions throughout the retreat.

There is an interview process with each attendee to make sure it is in full alignmentas we move into such an intimate and in depth space together. The work begins the moment you say yes and we will work together prior, during and after the retreat as integration is such a key part of this entire experience. Each group that is cultivated creates it's own energy and the itinerary and team that I put together is based on this. These retreats are an extension of me, they require my full being and I give everything I have during our time together so it is why I am selective and intentional about each individual who signs up. The groups range from 5-8 people depending on the type of retreat and the timeframe is 5-7 days again depending on the type of retreat.
