This session is approximately 90 minutes and we can meet virtually or in person. I meet each person where there at so we will talk through whatever topic and education or learning that needs to be covered. This time allows me to know more about you, how I can help, resources I can provide and overall support you through your own growth and healing journey. My goal is to always create a safe space for great conversation and vulnerability.
