Each retreat will be focused on tapping into a deeper connection to self and understanding Divine Love within. We will be doing a series of workshops throughout each day that will allow for deeper understanding of topics focused on inner work and inner connection. The goal is to awaken your soul and remembrance within, empowering you to see that you have everything within you. The community of men and women at each will enhance and support the work we do throughout our week together as this is a very intricate piece of the retreat. There is also plenty of time scheduled for relaxing and beach time.
The retreats are held at our dear friends Airbnb, The Boarding House in Rincon, Puerto Rico. We will spend the week immersed in healing, conscious conversations, nourishing foods, sound healing, reiki healing, meditations while enjoying time in the ocean, walks on the beach and visiting local artisan shops. There will be an opportunity to experience Cacao and Kanna, both heart opening plant medicines. There is a realm of incredible family owned businesses that I work with in Rincon that include Breathwork, Reiki, Massage, Paddleboarding, Surfing and much more. Itinerary will be released to the group prior to our time together as well as the opportunity for individual services to be scheduled.
Home to our Retreats - The Boarding House
Perched at the top of the hill in the carribean, Rincon hosts stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, which can be seen from our rooftop terrace. We are nestled just around the corner from many local beaches and in a community filled with women and family owned businesses. This small surf town is home to less than 3000 people and just a couple hours from the city of San Juan, PR.
