Ways to work with Me
Sound Baths are a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect, and receive healing through intentional sound. During each session, you'll be guided into relaxation through a soothing blend of crystal bowls, Tibetan bowls, chimes, and drums—tools of sound therapy that help bring the body and mind back into balance.
I created these gatherings to be a safe, nurturing space for all who attend. Whether you're new to sound healing or already on a healing path, you're invited to come as you are—to simply receive, rest, and explore holistic practices in a supportive environment. Each experience is enhanced with the soft glow of selenite crystal votives from Ruby Rose Galleria and ambient hertz-healing music to elevate the space.

Individual Sessions with Meg
Each session lasts between 60–90 minutes, allowing the space and flexibility to address whatever arises in the moment. Sessions are available both in-person and via Zoom, depending on your preference.
Before we meet, I’ll send you an email outlining what we’ll cover during our phone call. Together, we’ll move through a mix of resources, insights, and personalized guidance designed to support your healing. My role is to help you build awareness, answer your questions, offer meaningful tools, and—most importantly—teach integration practices that are simple, sustainable, and supportive of your daily life.
You already hold everything you need to heal within you. Sometimes, all that’s needed is a gentle reminder and a bit of direction to help you find your way back to yourself.
My healing retreats are a sacred space for deep restoration, reconnection, and renewal—designed for those ready to listen to the body, release what no longer serves them, and begin (or continue) their healing journey. Rooted in holistic wellness, each retreat blends physical movement, nourishing food, energy work, and guided self-reflection to support healing on all levels: physical, emotional, and spiritual.
Whether you're working through stress, past trauma, chronic symptoms, or simply seeking deeper connection to yourself and others, these retreats offer a path toward clarity, vitality, and joy—within a supportive, like-minded community.
