You can adjust amounts depending on how many smoothies you want to make, but add the following:
Carrots, Sweet Potato, Banana, Dates, Walnuts, Flax Seeds, Chia Seeds, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Vanilla and your choice of milk - we used Coconut Milk. Mix together and enjoy.
We loved this one for lunch or for a snack!
